About Us
Our mission-driven team brings 100+ years of combined experience in education, along with a deep passion for helping schools and students thrive.
About EMAN
Education Management & Networks (“EMAN”) is an award-winning school management organization that partners closely with charter school boards to help build strong schools and create greater opportunity for students. We were founded in 2003 with one school, a few hundred students, and a clear sense of purpose: to serve children and families in underserved communities, including many from low-income backgrounds, and help open doors to a brighter future.
Today, that same purpose continues to guide us. What began in a single building has grown into long-standing partnerships with multiple schools, a team more than 200 strong, and more than 10,000 students who have come through our classrooms. Many have gone on to college, and some have returned to give back to the same communities that helped shape them.
Our Mission
Our mission is to partner with school boards and school leaders to build strong, sustainable schools where students come first in every decision. Through academic, operational, and organizational support, we help create the conditions for high-quality learning, meaningful growth, and long-term student success. We do this with care, accountability, and a commitment to the families and communities we serve, because every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a brighter future.
Our Leadership Team
With 100+ years of combined experience, our team understands what strong schools require, both in the classroom and behind the scenes. We bring steady leadership, practical expertise, and a real commitment to the students, families, and communities our schools serve.
